It is an abbreviated training of the ServSafe training that focuses on proper food temperatures, storage, sanitation, dish handling, personal hygiene, and basic food borne causes for the food handler, prep cook, buffet attendant, food server, etc. When the food handler and service staff is trained on this system, it makes the Chef/Manager's job easier. It is a 2 hour training and no test is required.
