Finance and Administration

Finance and operations includes all business, fiscal, and operational functions of the College and is under the administration of the Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration.

Business Affairs/Bursar

The accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, restricted funds, contracts, and purchasing departments provide for the business needs of the College. The Bursar’s Office is responsible for the billing of students and/or third parties, the collection of payments toward student accounts, and assisting with problems with tuition and fee bills. These functions are under the supervision of the Director of Accounting and Budget.
